Avneet is a licensed architect with a decade of experience in the architectural field. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Architecture, having completed her M.Arch in 2010 at CEPT University in India. Since joining G architects in November 2020, Avneet has been a dependable and detail-oriented member of the team, known for her strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

Avneet brings strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to project coordination, and a consistent ability to deliver results under pressure. At G, she has contributed significantly across a range of projects, including supporting construction administration for three simultaneous OMNI Redevelopment projects by addressing site issues, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and issuing change orders. As Design Lead on the Grove Development, she guided the project from pre-design through design development, managing client presentations, user group meetings, costing evaluations, and consultant coordination. On the Hadwen Addition project, she oversaw construction administration, coordinated with the site team, handled RFIs and submittals, and managed design changes within site constraints through close collaboration with the client and internal team.
