Natéja is an Architectural Project Manager with over three years of experience in the field. Joining G in March 2022, her role has been marked by several key strengths, including creative problem-solving, organizational skills, and effective teamwork.

Natéja has made a significant impact on various projects during her tenure at G. Notably, her work on the Village Green Long-Term Care Home involved the preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings, along with Building Permit and Tender documents. On the Excelligent Milton Long-Term Care Home project, she contributed to the Schematic Design and Design Development phases, preparing essential documents like Ministry of Long Term Care Packages and Rezoning Applications. She also played a crucial role in creating presentation graphics, diagrams, and virtual reality renders for client meetings.

Currently, Natéja is leading the Newfoundland and Labrador Ambulatory Health Hub project, leveraging her problem-solving skills and collaborative work ethic to manage and drive successful project outcomes.
