Natéja is an Architectural Project Manager and the Atlantic Canada Regional Lead at G architects. With over three years of experience in the field, she has been an integral part of the G team since March 2022. Natéja is known for her creative problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and collaborative approach to project delivery. Her leadership in the Atlantic region supports the firm’s commitment to responsive, community-focused design across Canada.

Natéja has made a significant impact on various projects during her tenure at G. Notably, her work on the Village Green Long-Term Care Home involved the preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings, along with Building Permit and Tender documents. On the Excelligent Milton Long-Term Care Home project, she contributed to the Schematic Design and Design Development phases, preparing essential documents like Ministry of Long Term Care Packages and Rezoning Applications. She also played a crucial role in creating presentation graphics, diagrams, and virtual reality renders for client meetings.

Currently, Natéja is leading the Newfoundland and Labrador Ambulatory Health Hub project, leveraging her problem-solving skills and collaborative work ethic to manage and drive successful project outcomes.
