Excelligent Milton

The Excelligent Milton project is an 8-storey, mixed-use facility at 6360 Regional Road 25, near Milton District Hospital. Designed to provide 192 long-term care beds in a modern, home-like environment, the facility promotes dignity, independence, and choice for its residents. Given the tight site, the project’s design includes six 32-bed stacked Resident Home Areas (RHA), each with private, semi-private, and basic accommodations, spanning levels 3 to 8. One RHA is dedicated to serving Milton’s Muslim community with features like prayer spaces, ablution facilities, and halal meal preparation.

As a mixed-use development, the building includes street front commercial spaces, separate from the LTC home, with dedicated entrances and circulation. Residents will benefit from amenities such as a multi-purpose room, roof terrace, café, hair salon, and spiritual space. Outdoor spaces include a secure landscaped garden with elder-friendly features, a wandering path, and intergenerational elements. Excelligent Milton integrates inclusive design and operational efficiency to foster comfort, safety, and community for all residents.
