Recoverie Mercer

G architects was engaged as Architect for Recoverie’s first Canadian location, a wellness and recovery center on Mercer Street in downtown Toronto. The 2,300 square foot interior fit-up transforms a vacant suite into a high-performance, design-driven environment that embodies Recoverie’s brand of holistic health and physical recovery.

Originating in Sydney, Australia, Recoverie’s expansion into North America marks an important step in the company’s growth. The Toronto facility introduces the brand’s signature offerings, including advanced thermal therapy and recovery experiences, within a space that balances precision, calm, and efficiency.

Working closely with the Recoverie team and consultants Quasar Consulting Group (mechanical and electrical) and Entuitive (structural), G architects led all architectural and interior design coordination, building permit management, and construction administration. The design process emphasized collaboration through co-design workshops, ensuring every space, from treatment zones to staff areas, was tailored to operational flow and client comfort.

By integrating minimalist design principles with technical performance, G architects delivered a refined, health-focused environment that establishes Recoverie’s presence in Toronto’s wellness market.
