University of Toronto Rotman School of Management Office Renovation

G architects was engaged as the Prime Consultant for an interior renovation to an existing operational office suite in the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. This renovation created a new office suite for staff and students during their admission and assessment process. Materials and finishes were selected to align with Rotman design standards.

This project achieved great results, while managing a modest budget, a compressed scheduled, and challenging existing conditions. This project demonstrates G’s ability to foster a good working relationship with post-secondary clients, work within the constraints of an operational environment, as well as our ability to rapidly start-up and complete a project on an aggressive schedule during the summer semester.
