We are committed to a Co-Design process that actively involves stakeholders in shaping spaces that benefit our communities. We strive to make consultation and co-design engaging and enjoyable. Our methods include workshops, charrettes, gamification, dotmocracy, and immersive Virtual Reality experiences using our integrated Revit model. Additionally, we conduct interactive Zoom meetings, utilizing tools like polling to meaningfully engage users remotely in the design process.
Our core values revolve around prioritizing client needs and effective project management. We integrate project management best practices into our architectural services to ensure alignment with client priorities and project timelines.
Schedule Management
Our robust project planning capabilities meticulously identify key project milestones, review periods, and meetings. We allocate sufficient time for workflow approvals, reviews, and contingencies to accommodate unforeseen conditions. Moreover, we anticipate the timing and volume of client meetings and critical user-group inputs, offering manageable review packages. The proposed delivery schedule in our work plan remains adaptable to incorporate client feedback iteratively.
We leverage Revit throughout our design process to coordinate the development of the project in 3 dimensions. Our approach involves 'front-loading' design work within the BIM model for a rigorous design process.
Coordination & Quality Assurance
Working closely with our consultants, we develop design and construction documents within our 3D Revit environment to promote enhanced coordination, clash detection, and client visualization. Our commitment to a robust Revit-based design phase promotes coordination, ensures quality, and minimizes the need for construction changes later on in the project. We also conduct partner-level quality assurance and quality control reviews of the design and construction documents to ensure precision and alignment with project objectives.
